Admissions

Independent Living Apartments

(Seniors’ Residence Life-Lease (Home Privilege) or Rental Suites)

Our independent-living apartment suites are designed for independent, active seniors who enjoy the comfort of their own spaces and a vibrant Finnish-Canadian community—and if desired, knowing they can access added support like housekeeping, meals, activity programs, and social events—all in a warm and welcoming community.

If you're interested in joining our residence, we invite you to complete an application form and pay the membership fee to be added to our waiting list. Depending on availability, wait times can vary from a few months to several years. When a suite becomes available, we’ll be in touch to schedule an interview with our Tenancy Committee.

Long-Term Care (Nursing) Home

Admission to our long-term care facility/nursing home is done through an application with Ontario Health at Home. Residents receive twenty-four hour care and are admitted when they can no longer live independently. Eligibility and placement are determined by provincial guidelines. We’re happy to provide more information or help guide you through the process. This additional information about applying may also be helpful.
