We offer nine different suite layouts—including bachelors, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom options—available as life-lease (known in Finland as “home privilege”**) homes or rentals. Whether you're looking for cozy or spacious, there’s something to suit every need.

**In Finland, “Home Privilege,” known as “Asumiskoikeusasunto,” translates in English to “right-of-occupancy dwelling”, a type of housing where the resident buys the right to live in a property, but the property itself is owned by a separate entity. The resident pays a fee to live in the space, and this is then returned when the resident moves out. The Canadian equivalent is Suomi-Koti, with very reasonable monthly maintenance fees.
In addition, Suomi-Koti offers à la carte housekeeping, meal and activity programs, and a calendar full of regular and special social events, both at Suomi-Koti, in Toronto and around the area - join in when and how you like.
